4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

• Payments are non-refundable except where explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to pause or terminate services if invoices remain unpaid.
• Cancellations must be requested in writing and are subject to our Cancellation Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

• Pre-existing Materials: Any tools, frameworks, or IP developed by us prior to engagement remain our property.
• Client Deliverables: Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables passes to the client (unless otherwise agreed).
• You may not resell, license, or redistribute our deliverables without prior written consent.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any business, project, or client data shared during the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law. 

7. Data Protection & Privacy

We comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and Indian IT Rules.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms, software, or tools. 

9. Third-Party Services

Some services may involve third-party platforms (e.g., automation tools, hosting, payment gateways). We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or issues caused by third-party providers.

• Payments are not made as agreed.

Clients may also terminate services by written notice as per our Cancellation Policy.
