This consultation is not a full strategy session, coaching call, in-depth training, or implementation workshop.
• Recording and Use of Consultation Clips: You acknowledge and agree that any free consultation session may be recorded for our internal quality assurance, training, and archival purposes. Furthermore, you hereby grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute audio clips, video clips, excerpts, or transcripts of the consultation for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on our Website, social media channels, in advertising campaigns, and other marketing materials. We will make reasonable efforts to anonymize personally identifiable or sensitive business information before any public use, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Cancellation Policy: We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your free consultation. Failure to provide notice or “no-shows” may result in the forfeiture of your opportunity for a future free consultation at our sole discretion.
